womens wellness & reset experience

The Embodied Retreat

June 19-21 | Aurora, Missouri

For three days, you’ll step away from the noise of everyday life & into a space designed for deep connection — with your body, your health, your emotions, & the women walking beside you.

The Embodied Retreat blends integrative medicine, nervous system work, movement, nature, ceremony, & sisterhood so that transformation happens on every level.

This is not about fixing yourself.

It’s about remembering who you are, releasing what no longer serves you, & reclaiming the life your body has been asking for.

Here’s what the journey will look like.

Your 3-Day Embodiment Journey

Day One:
Arrival & Remember

Your retreat begins with a slow arrival starting at 10am, giving you time to settle into the land & ease out of the pace of everyday life. Guests are invited to explore the property, relax in the hot tub, take gator rides across the land, or spend time meeting the horses. A self-serve brunch will be waiting in the kitchen so you can nourish yourself whenever you arrive.

Inside your welcome packet you’ll find everything you need for the weekend, including instructions for scheduling your wellness sessions with Dr. Liz & Emma. Each guest will also enjoy a 30-minute meet & greet with Dr. Liz to begin exploring their wellness journey.

At 6pm, we gather for dinner before opening the retreat with a grounding ceremony. The evening includes intuitive card pulls, gentle movement, & connection activities designed to help everyone settle in & feel supported.

We close the night with an ecstatic dance party before guests return to their retreat homes, where a gift bag & cozy robe will be waiting on their beds.

Day Two:
Tune In, Release & Rebalance

Day two invites you to move deeper into the work of embodiment, healing, & nervous system support.

Early risers can begin the morning between 6am–9am with coffee, tea, sunrise views, or gentle movement around the property. This quiet time allows space to ground yourself in nature before the day begins.

From 9am–11am, Emma will guide the group through yoga, meditation, & a cacao or tea ceremony designed to help you tune into your body & calm your nervous system.

After a community lunch from 11:30am–1pm, guests will move into individualized wellness experiences from 1:30pm–5:30pm. These sessions include integrative medicine education & holistic treatment planning with Dr. Liz, along with wellness & embodiment practices with Emma.

In the evening we gather for Soul Supper from 6pm–8pm, prepared by Jacquelynn, followed by ceremonial time around the fire with a drum circle & guided release practices.

Day Three:
Integrate & Reclaim

Our final day focuses on integration, reflection, & carrying the wisdom of the retreat back into everyday life.

Guests begin the morning at a slower pace, allowing space to process the experiences, conversations, & breakthroughs that unfolded throughout the weekend. This quieter rhythm helps the nervous system settle while the body integrates the work that has taken place.

Throughout the day, guests will meet with Dr. Liz one final time to review their personalized wellness plan & discuss supportive next steps for continuing their health journey.

Jacquelynn will remain available as your on-site advisor, offering space to talk, process emotions, or think through what you’re reclaiming as you move forward.

We close the retreat with a final ceremony, honoring the healing, connection, & courage that each woman brought into the space.

Guests will depart between 2pm–4pm, returning home grounded, supported, & deeply connected to themselves.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, this is why.

Many women arrive at retreats like this feeling something they can’t quite explain.

Life looks full on the outside… but inside there’s a quiet sense that something is missing.

  • You’ve been holding everything together.
  • Showing up for everyone.
  • Keeping the responsibilities moving.

But somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing your own voice.

  • Your body has been whispering for your attention.
  • Your nervous system has been asking for rest.
  • Your intuition has been trying to get through the noise.

And the truth is — most women never get the space to actually listen.

That’s why experiences like this matter.

Not because you need fixing.

But because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is step away long enough to remember yourself.

A Sacred Pause in the Ozarks

The Embodied Retreat takes place in Aurora, Missouri, a quiet rural town tucked into the rolling hills of the Ozarks in southwest Missouri.

Aurora is a small community of just over 7,000 people, surrounded by open land, farms, forests, & the peaceful rhythm of rural life.

This retreat is intentionally set away from the noise of cities so that women can reconnect with something we rarely experience anymore:

Space.

  • Space to breathe.
  • Space to think.
  • Space to feel.

You’ll be surrounded by the beauty of the Ozark hills, where the land itself seems to slow your heartbeat.

Sunrises stretch quietly across the fields.

The air feels different here.

And the silence has a way of bringing you back into your body.

It’s the kind of place where transformation doesn’t feel forced.

It just happens.

The
Ranch &

Retreat House

The retreat takes place on a peaceful ranch property where nature is part of the experience.

Cows graze in the distance.
Horses wander the land.
Dogs & cats roam freely, greeting guests like old friends.

At the center of the property sits a cozy retreat house, where guests gather, rest, share meals, & continue conversations long after the workshops end.

There’s something powerful about being in a space like this.

No traffic.
No constant notifications.
No rushing from one obligation to the next.

Just open land, warm food, meaningful conversation, & the kind of quiet that allows your nervous system to finally exhale.

The Work is Sacred

This retreat is not about surface-level self improvement.

It’s about real embodiment work.

Throughout the weekend you’ll experience a powerful combination of:

  • integrative medicine guidance
  • nervous system support
  • movement & body awareness
  • emotional release practices
  • reflection & ceremony

This work is held by three facilitators who bring something rare to the space:

authenticity, intelligence, & deep compassion for women’s healing.

Dr. Liz provides medical insight & holistic health guidance.

Emma leads embodiment, movement, & nervous system practices.

Jacquelynn holds the container of the retreat while supporting each guest as a planner, advisor, listener, & nurturer throughout the weekend.

Nothing here is performative.

The work is intentional, grounded, & deeply human.

The Sisterhood

 That Happens Here

One of the most unexpected things about retreats like this is what happens between the women.

You arrive as strangers.

But something shifts when women gather in an environment where honesty is welcome & masks aren’t necessary.

  • Conversations go deeper.
  • Stories get shared.
  • Walls start to soften.

By the end of the weekend, it’s not uncommon for women to say:

"I didn’t expect to feel this connected."

The sisterhood that forms here is real.

Because when women experience healing together — when they witness each other’s courage, vulnerability, laughter, & breakthroughs — those bonds don’t disappear when the weekend ends.

They stay with you.

Long after you leave the ranch.
Long after you return home.

This retreat is for you if

You’ve been feeling the pull for something deeper.

02

You’re craving space to think, breathe, & reset.

03
